Bop and Granny came to stay for the weekend and see the grand-kiddos.
We had lots of fun. Much to Makenna's delight, Bop suggested that we go to the Castle Pizza place for lunch. Makenna and Bop had tons of fun riding the race cars. Bop went really fast and never hit the brakes, even around the corners. I watched closely to see if Makenna was crying-- NO WAY! She was giggling and enjoying every minute of the adventure. She has always liked to live a little on the edge!
Makenna had a great time seeing Baby Branson. He is such a cruiser! He is only eight months and is almost walking. He's got good genes for strong muscles from both Ryan and Laura, but I'm guessing it's the soccer legs that have him cruising around so soon.
Although this picture of Makenna and Branson's hands seems somewhat bizarre, we took it for a particular reason----BRANSON'S HANDS ARE THE SAME SIZE AS MAKENNA'S!!! The kid has got some mitts!
