Makenna went to Vacation Bible School for the very first time. She was too young for the one at our church, so Chapman invited her to go with him to his church's VBS. Makenna absolutely LOVED VBS. It was also a great diversion for her during the week leading up to the baby being born.

Kris made me a diaper cake. Isn't it cute? This has already come in very handy!!! Especially the decorative pacifiers... those have been put to Very Good Use!
My friends were so sweet. After Mom left and Mark went back to work, my sweet friends would come and pick up Makenna for play dates. Here is a picture that Kris took of Jake and Makenna drying off after a swim at his house on one of those days that Kris came to pick up Makenna for some play time.
